Refund policy

1. Retail Product Returns

We accept returns on unused retail merchandise within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt. Approved returns may be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items include:

  • Used parts or accessories
  • Special orders
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Helmets (if removed from packaging)
  • Installed components

2. Bicycle & E-Bike Rentals

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before reservation receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of reservation may receive store credit at management’s discretion.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.
  • Early Returns

We do not provide refunds for early returns.

Weather Policy

Light rain, overcast conditions, or wind do not qualify for refunds. Severe weather cancellations may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective product, contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We may:

  • Repair the item
  • Replace the item
  • Offer store credit

Normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper installation are not covered.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your financial institution.

5. Deposits

Security deposits for rentals are refunded after equipment is returned and inspected for damage. Damage, theft, or late returns may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.
