By accessing or purchasing from West LA Bicycle LLC, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All pricing, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

2. Rental Agreement

All renters must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have a parent/guardian sign a waiver
  
• Provide valid identification
  
• Sign a liability waiver prior to rental
  

Renter assumes full responsibility for:

• Damage
  
• Theft
  
• Loss
  Traffic violations

Bicycles and e-bikes must be returned by the agreed-upon time. Late returns may incur additional charges.

3. Assumption of Risk

Cycling and e-bike use involve inherent risks including serious injury or death. By renting or purchasing equipment, customer acknowledges and voluntarily assumes these risks.

Helmets are strongly recommended.

4. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
  
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the site
  
• Submit false payment information
  

All content on this website (logos, photos, branding) is property of West LA Bicycle LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Payment Terms

We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods listed at checkout.

Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in refusal of future service.

6. Limitation of Liability

West LA Bicycle LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
  
• Injuries resulting from misuse
  
• Damages exceeding the purchase or rental amount paid
  

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
